Hey everyone! I’ve decided to start a couple of blogging ventures over the month of June and today I’m working on my plan for some posts about art. I like to think that in an alternate universe I ended up going to art school instead of going the academic route. I’ve often thought that I would start a program after my bachelors…then after my masters… until I finally admitted that it wasn’t for me.
That being said, I do love art, both consuming it and producing it. So this blog project will cover some artists and galleries that I like, techniques and movements, as well as some works that I have produced myself.
The first post will be going up on June 1st, and from there I’m aiming at writing one a day. I’m not going to queue up most of these but if it gets busy I might have to. I hope nobody minds June being Art Month here but I think it will be a nice change of pace from my normal posts! And I should say, I’ll continue with my regular posts (Mythological ladies, Brauron Archaeology) throughout the month as well. Wish me luck!!
